I cried a few days ago at work. It was just a busy stressful day. I hadn't cried in a while and so it just came out. I sat in the staffroom crying for the last hour of my shift that day. Every time I just stopped crying someone would ask if I was okay or hug me which set me off again.

About half an hour ago, found out it's very likely my grandad has oesophageal cancer, which is inoperable and seems like it has spread elsewhere (so that's 4/4 grandparents to get cancer at some point, cancer sucks).

Last time i remember where i truly cried was around March
I cried because my Parents found out about my self-harming
It made a pretty bad/awkward mood for the day after as it was my birthday the next day

I cried to try to heal my friend's papercut, by letting my tears fall onto it and shouting - "Of course! Phoenix tears have healing powers!".

I haven’t cried in months, I’m ashamed of it tbh, one of my friends died and I so badly wanted to cry but couldn’t, I don’t know if it has to do with my PTSD but I feel emotionless

A few hours ago. I found out that Claire Whineland, a prominent Cystic Fibrosis campaigner, died after having a massive stroke soon after a successful double lung transplant. She affected so many people, and it’s sad that such a light in the world has gone out.

Years ago I think.

I've been through so much, that every time something bad happens, I try to look at things positively.

No clue and that's worrying. I can't remember the last time I cried... Not that I haven't felt like crying.
