Hi there,

As part of our Masters thesis in Air Transport Management we are exploring the rationale of passengers self connecting at airports.
This is when passengers have bought two separate tickets and not one connecting ticket- thus collecting their bags and connecting through the airport.
If you have self connected using two different carriers (Ie Virgin and then South African airways or Jet blue or easyJet) please could you fill out this survey?
