Is there an overlap between "Electrical Power and Energy Engineer" and "Biomedical Engneering"?

Biomed may use some applications of the other but really they overlap only in name

what about "Electrical" or " Elecronic" Engneering? do they overlap with it?

Biomedical engineering does use applications of electronics in things like imaging, artificial limbs etc, so I suppose you could say there's a bit of overlap

That would be fine. I presume you mean BEng, not BSc.

Also note an MSc only qualifies for the Postgraduate Loan, which may not be as generous as the BEng/MEng tuition loan & maintenance loan.
