I have received the conditional offer of MPhil/PhD at Warwick on Chancellor's International Scholarship for the course starting on October 1, 2018.
I did not meet the IELTS requirement by September 1.
Will they decline my conditional offer ?
Can I ask them to revise my admission offer-- in January, 2019?

Please suggest and help. Thank you

My friend met the same situation, though she applied for undergrad instead. They did decline the offer. However, try emailing them and ask directly, there may be options such as taking a part time english course, retaking the exam or being personally tested by the uni themselves. Still there are high chances that they will cancel your scholarship, normally the requirements for these are very strict. I would advice looking into other options and don’t keep your hope too high.

Thank you for your response. In fact, my department and supervisor agree for January intake. But I'm still awaiting for revised admission and funding offer letters. That's why a bit worried that whether the university allow me to start in Jan?
