gap year clearing

lol this is probably a stupid question but im genuinely curious, can you take a gap year, not apply before january, but then apply through clearing to get into uni?

This is dependent on your course and university
If you are applying to a extremely competitive degree or university you are not going to have any luck
And will have to apply the usual way
