Choosing a Uni

I’m pretty sure I want to study Psychology at Uni, but I have no idea which Uni I want to go to. How do you decide which Uni to go to?

- Does the course content appeal to you
- Location
- Cost of living
- Range of accommodation available
- General 'feel' of the university at open days
- Public transport
- Nightlife

1. How are your grades looking? This will determine the sort of "caliber" of unis that will accept you (sounds elitist but it's true)
2. What sort of city and what part of the country do you want to live in?
3. From this create a shortlist and check out the courses of each to see if they appeal to you
4. Visit the unis that appeal to you and do research into their accommodation, student life and cost of living
