5 words should be absolutely fine for a personal statement! Plagiarism is basically copying or 'writing something that already exists in a slightly different way' so as long as you know that your personal statement is written in your own words and is true, then it should be fine. UCAS has a certain threshold for plagiarism (I don't know exactly) and your statement will only get flagged up if it goes past this. Basically, don't worry add in those 5 words!

UCAS software flags a ps as possible plagiarism if it spots 2 sentences as similar to another PS. That’s after common words are removed.
