Nexplanon/Mirena.. What are your experiences/recommendations

As far as cramps in the abdominal area when it comes to having my period, are non-existent. I do get the craziest back pain, and with Mirena it's gotten so much worse. There are nights where all I can do is cry, because nothing helps. I'm very hormonal, and go through pregnancy symptoms. So, I tried getting it taken out, but Doc wanted me to wait 5 day. Until then she put Nexplanon in. I've had it for a day and know it is painful. My whole arm is killing me, I can't really move it much. It feels numb. My legs are cramping up, I feel a tightness in my chest, and my upper back . As much as I want to be on birth control. I don't think going through all this pain and crazy symptoms is worth it. I just want something that won't get me pregnant, and cause so many awful side effects. Help!! Should i take the Nexplanon out too?
