Dentistry - Interview techniques and Personal Statement

I am in the midst of drafting and redrafting my personal statement to study Dentistry at Glasgow University. I'm hoping someone out there has a more in depth idea of what they will be looking for when it comes to the personal statement.

Also, any information on previous interview techniques/role plays used in the MMIs would be greatly appreciated as our guidance apparently cant help us prepare for that.
