University of Bristol - International Student

I want to go to the University of Bristol, but I live in the USA. What do you think the chance is of me getting in? Is there a better university for me to try to get into? I graduate in 2020 and would like to know now because I have my heart set on going to university in the UK since most of my friends live there.

Here are my academic achievements so far...
Freshman Year 2016-2017:
- GPA of 4.0
- All honors classes except for math and science

Sophomore Year 2017-2018:
- GPA of 3.8
- SAT scores of 1150 overall, 530 in math, 620 in reading

Here are my plans so far...
Junior Year 2018-2019:
- Get a GPA around 3.8-4.0
- Take AP English and AP History as well as all honors classes
- Retake the SAT and get 600 in math and 700 in reading, 1300 overall
- Take the ACT (What score should I get? I haven't looked into scoring)

Senior Year 2019-2020:
- Get a GPA around 3.8-4.0
- Take AP English, AP History, and AP Latin as well as all honors classes

I also do Key Club, Academic Team, National Honors Society, and I am the marching band drum major, but I know those things don't matter when applying to UK colleges.

If there's any questions about specifics I can answer, I know I was fairly vague.

In regards to "better" universities, check their websites for entry requirements for American applicants.
