DT NEA Ideas Help

Hello, I'm struggling to come with ideas for a product to fit my nea brief. We must design a product which helps people live a healthy life-style. This includes all areas of wellbeing; Physical, Mental, Social. (I can mainly use woods, acrylic and cheap metals). Any help is much appreciated.

Hey you have 3 big categories there so for each one do a spider diagram. E.g for physical write physical in the middle and coming off of it the problems that people have physically which stops them leading a healthy lifestyle. E.g mobility issues, physical disability, access issues for people with disabilities stopping disabled people doing sport, partially sighted people, people who are elderly and cant stand long enough in the kitchen to make healthy meals etc
Do that for each category and select a couple of problems that you feel you could potentially design for and do some initial ideas for each
