Student Finance HELP
I've just received an email saying I have been approved for my matiance loan, and when I went onto my account, I'm getting the minimum?!?
My mum is making under £25,000!!!
The minimum doesn't even pay for all of my rent!!
When I called I was told that their systems were down!!
PLEASE HELP!!!!

If you have provided your mum's financial details, it may be that they have not yet been processed. The best way forward would be for you to contact us to allow us to be able to access your account and check the status of your application.
