get a couple of bottles of milk, put a note on them saying you put laxatives in one of the bottles, but actually put laxatives in both bottles so if they ignore your note, they will pay and will quickly know that you're not playing. do it for a couple of weeks (probably no milk for you during these weeks but it might be worth it in the end?) and you might even get to see who actually steals your milk

Tell them you have jizzed in it. Or, even better, let them see you do it.

Get a mini fridge or put food colouring in it. Is it labelled as yours?

If you're male then one day burst into the living room and ask; "Who ate that stuff in the yoghurt pots?"
When they reply, "You mean the yoghurt?",
Just say, "Whatever man but you guys should get yourselves tested."

They'll never trust anything you put in the fridge ever again.

Has nobody helped themselves to your goats milk yet?
Hope your luck holds out.
Over the years I've been relieved of all my milks: semi skimmed bottles from the milkman, jersey gold top, goats milk, even dairy free almond, soya & oats milks.

Dairy free milk still gets appropriated.
I've had plenty of almond, soya, oat, nut and rice milks snatched.
The ones from the supermarket, health stores and those I made myself.
Want to deep sigh thinking about it.
