Is there any reason why I could be getting dizzy and have headaches?
I go to Military college and the workouts are intense but even before I started I got these headaches and dizziness at times, I did ignore it as it doesn't always happen often but it's starting to get to me now.
I don't always eat a lot especially during college but because it's happened before even when I've just been walking I don't think it has anything to do with exercise or not eating.
Not eating enough is the easiest solution. Try eating more. If you carry on getting the symptoms you should tell your GP. Tbh though, you should tell your GP anyway.

I'm never hungry though that's the thing and I feel sick around food

You still gotta eat. Tell your GP what's going on. They can help you, they might be able to prescribe you anti-nausea medication if it really is that problematic for you.

You should not be feeling dizzy. If you are feeling dizzy and there is what seems to be an obvious cause try changing that and seeing if things improve. If there is no obvious cause or things don't improve after changing stuff you need to see a GP. There are so so so so many potential reasons for feeling dizzy and most of them are super simple for a GP to work out and sort. Basically it comes down to keeping on feeling dizzy for the rest of your life or taking like an hour out of your day to see a GP and get it sorted. Pretty obvious choice I think. Be sure to mention that you aren't often hungry/ feel sick with food. That can help your GP work out what's going on and thus how to make you feel better.
It could be you not eating enough, or stress related, or even eyesight related. Go and check everything. Try to eat more balanced, try to monitor your stress, and go check your eyesight.
