I will be driving to the university of Birmingham in October however I do not qualify for a parking permit. Hence I am unsure of where to park and would appreciate any help with parking near the medical school? I have done some research and Q car park has been suggested which is owned by Queen Elizabeth hospital although it is expensive would I get away with parking there to attend uni every day? And if not are there any other reasonably close places to park? Thanks.

Contact the uni and ask. Apart from googling it or driving around the area in advance there isn't much else you can do.
