A wonderful 5 bedroom property located very close to Mile End Leisure Center, local 24-hour bus stops, several restaurants and takeaways, parks, and shops. This property boasts a fully renovated kitchen with a breakfast bar as well as 3 brand new wc's and 2 showers.

It is a short 10-15 minute walking distance away from Queen Mary University which is ideal for students and is very close to Canary Wharf and Central London.

We're looking for a 5th tenant (students preferred). We're all Queen Mary students and entering our third year. The contract is 12 months, therefore, we expect people who are able to stay until the end of the contract which is on the 27th of August 2019.

- The room that is being rented out costs £167.90 per week or £671.60 per month.
- The bills are not included, however, the costs are not that high and is split between all tenants.
- Shared flat with 4 male tenants who study at Queen Mary.
- The room includes a Double Size bed and a wardrobe.
- 2 months worth deposit.
