Is it safe to go ice-skating if I potentially may have osteoporosis?
I had a bone scan 5 years ago, and I was borderline osteopenia then. I really want to join the ice-skating society at my university, but at the same time I don't want to risk breaking a bone, yet I don't want this to hold me back.

Didn't you have a bmi of 13 like a couple of days ago, i wouldn't recommend any sport with such a low weight, you could easily break something with or without osteoporosis
