For the calculation we assume:1. the lungs are two perfect sphere2. that each sphere has a radiius of 89mm giving a volume of 3 deci meter cube or 3*10 to the power 6 mm cube 3.that he diameter of an alveolus is 0.25 mmfind the surface area of these two 3 dm cube by working out Surface area of one sphere = ? mm square
