Hey, so I've just started my A levels and have two ideas of what to do once I finish college. Which degree will be more useful? By the way, I'm taking Art and Design, Psychology and Sociology at A level.

The one that'll be most useful is the one you'll enjoy the most.

Don't go with what will be most useful because then you won't be happy.

Ii was in a similar plce as you are.

I wanted to do illustration or zoology.

In the end i chose zoology, because creature careers including animation want to see your work. You can get a job by showing someone a good animation you did, and these things have courses and can be self-taught. (I did work experience at a animation place, about 50% of staff I talked to were self-taught)

Scientific career will need a degree. Thats why I chose zoology instead of illustration. But I still draw, at least 2 hours on the weekend, and more during the holidays.

But the choice is really up to you.
