MSc in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery?

there is an MSc in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a PhD/MPhil in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery provided at Manchester for postgraduate study after dentistry course. What is the difference between the two? And do they actually allow you to become a real oral and maxillofacial surgeon afterwards?
