It is competitive but till you apply you won't know if you have a chance so apply if you meet the entry requirements.

Postgrad offer rates are typically a little higher than undergraduate: Cambridge MPhil is about 30%

Better to go on the course website of the course you want to apply to at oxbridge and have a look at their applicant numbers and places available.
