Well you need to do it now and inform the uni your tuition fee finance will be late, your money will be quite late also if you have applied for maintenance loans. Apply now and give them a call and they’ll tell you what to do.

There will be conflict if you don't have enough money to live for about a month.

As suggested above, it'd be a great idea to inform the university that they aren't going to get the money for a little while unless you're planning on paying upfront yourself?
