I accidentally tugged in my nose while cleaning it and I heard a crack. I started touching my nasal spine and it felt really floppy and out of place. I’m not in agony but the left side of my nose is painful.

Do you think I may have dislocated or fractured it?

Nhs111 told me to call my GP, what can they do?

Nobody here can suggest anything useful to you I'm afraid. Best thing to do is to get it checked out by your GP.
