I'm taking AQA Computer Science A-Level and the AQA Level 3 EPQ. For my EPQ, I'd like to produce a programming-centred artifact, but I'm confused about the specification overlap rules.
Can I still use programming languages like Python, which I will be assessed on in my NEA? If not, can I use a programming language that the NEA doesn't support, like C++?
Thanks in advance.

Yeah you would be able to use the programming languages that you use in computer science without there being an overlap.
It's only when you're producing a stem off of your computer science work for your EPQ or something that's assisted by the work you're doing for the course.

You can use any language you like I think, as long as the product you make, or the parts of it, is not something in the specification.

So there wouldn't be overlap due to the use of general programming skills that are in the Computer Science spec?
