Reapplying through UCAS, contexual offer help

In my first application, I qualified for a contexual offer and was given so by various unis. However, now I have found that if I would like to reapply I would not qualify based on this years data. My question is, would I be given contexual offers since I qualified on my first application or would they go by the mew data and give me regular offers. I just find it a bit odd that my data would allow me to get lower offers last year but this year it would not qualify. Any insight would be appreciated

apparently if you are applying FROM a less developed school which it seemes you aren't currently based on your new data you can apply for a contextual offer or they will give it you,
list of schools which universities will give a contextual offer to

there are other ways to get a contextual offer if you live in a area which has less people going to university you can get a contextual offer
check you postcode and if you get a 1 or 2 in the young participation section you'll be eligible if you are

and if you spent time in care like 3 months i think you can also be allowed a contextual offer.

Sorry i didn't make it clear in the original post, last year my school qualified and my area also qualified, however in the data this year, both my school and area do not qualify for the contexual offer. What I am confused about is that if I had completed my secondary education and a levels at a school which quallifies for a contexual offer, now if I take a year out i suddenly don't qualify? Even though this gap year would not be spent retaking any a levels. i just find that abit weird and unfair (Sorry if that sounds whiny lol), but for taking a year out the a level grades I have are now suddenly worth less and won't get me into some unis I wouldve got into fine last year.

Have you asked the universities directly about this? Contact them and see what they say.

Contextual requirements vary from university to university.
