As alluded to above, without knowing what the purpose or context of this speech is (is it part of a given qualification? If so which? What subject, if applicable? Is it an extracurricular thing? Are you giving a speech at a wedding?) it's impossible to give any real advice. If you give some more detail someone might be able to advise further.

Ok thanks I'm doing my speech on the life of Inspirational People.

Yes but why are you doing a speech on that topic (and since you have a topic, why do you need another? Do you need a particular individual to focus on? And as above, is this for a given subject e.g. English Language, Religious Studies/Education etc, or for some other purpose such as your schools debate club/team/etc?)?
Also on a general level you may want to consider as part of that exactly how one would define "inspirational" in a general sense. What is inspirational to one person might not be to someone else, and does someone simply saying "I think that's inspirational" mean anything if it does not in fact inspire them to affect some kind of change (in themselves, or otherwise, and how would you quantify an intrinsic change in a person?)?
