Why didn’t she respond?

I spent the afternoon and night at my GF’s yesterday. We cooked dinner and watched a series.

Anyway, when I got home I sent her “I’m back home... thanks for yesterday. See you soon x” but she didn’t respond...

Maybe she fell asleep or couldn't think up a suitable reply?
She might be busy or just wanting some alone time after spending some time together. Don't need to be in constant contact.
If you didn't get into an argument and nothing seemed off while hanging out together, I doubt there's anything wrong and you're reading too much into it.

If she doesn't make any contact tonight, you could always trying giving her a call to ask how her day has been. :smile:
