1) Stop assuming being gay is inherently negative.
2) Stop assuming certain “actions” apart from having sex with men is gay.
3) Grow up, you sound about 14 mate.
No. The concept of the "gay ear" is outdated. Get pierced wherever you like.

My closest male friend has each ear pierced 4-5 times in addition to his septum (nose) and rocks it. He gets plenty of female attention when we're out.

As long as your parents are fine with it considering you're really young at the moment. And also considered that your school might not allow it? So it might be pointless.
