Anything medically realted, as long as you can reflect on what you learnt about being a doctor, that's all that really matter.
If I had to suggest anything specific, I would recommend trying to make a generic email and sending it to every consultant at your local hospital. Hospital's are really good and you won't just be stuck one thing, unlike in a GP practice, for a whole week.
