Colour of socks with school shoes

Which colour of socks do you wear with black shoes at school?

It depends on how much of the foot is covered by the shoe. My school shoes were brogue style so I wore whatever colour socks I picked out the drawer because they couldn't be seen.

However most schools like black, white, navy or grey socks depending on uniform.

I always wear black or navy socks to work if I'm not wearing tights, they go with my shoes :biggrin:
we have to wear black or grey socks at our school, although for the previous years it had been only white socks allowed :smile:
so i wear black ankle socks now

i never realised people wore black socks to school :getmecoat: must have been indoctrinated into the way of the white ankle sock

Well like i said definitely white if there allowed but as you might of seen last year i was wearing them even though it was a major no but now they have back tracked and we can where them now just think they look smart with black shoes and black trousers hope this is helpful 👍
