Is it really bad to leave a graduate job within the month?

I have moved abroad for a graduate programe (1 year) but so far there has been no structure. If i leave will it look really bad on my Cv for future career options?

Depends why you want to leave. If you tell your mamager this, then they may make some changes to the "structure". But if you have good reason to leave a job then there's no reason for it to be seen as bad on your CV. You may get asked why you left in a future job interview, and you might want to find something else to be able to add experience to your CV that continuing this current job would have provided.
1 month would essentially be like no job. You may as well not include it at all.
Can you be more specific about why you don't like it?

There is no guidance of what to do and it lacks structure - Its in a top four firm so i was expecting more
