    Hi all,

Im currently looking into applying for the RAF and feel it would be a good idea to visit a base and hopefully have some questions answered.

The only problem is i dont know how to go about organising a visit.

Anyone able to offer advice on who to contact?

Dunno the proper protocol but I just got contact details from the base website and sent an email to ask how to go about it. they were really helpful and sorted it all for me. Could probably ask your afco as well.

If you go to an AFCO, or ring them, tell them you are interested in applying to the RAF and ask if you can attend a station visit, this is how i got mine sorted, they're generally pretty helpful and happy to put you in touch with someone, normally a Careers liason officer at a base you want to visit.

Most bases run these kind of visits weekly

    hope this helps
