Replace sugary snacks with fruit or vegetables. Try to eat at least 10 pieces of fruit/vegetables a day.
My meals look roughly the same everyday - with slight variations :
Breakfast = porridge oats, with sesame seeds chopped almonds coconut chunks and cacao nibs.
Lunch = Chicken salad sandwich or scrambled egg salad sandwhich or tin of soup with 4 rounds of wholemeal bread.
Dinner/Tea = Potato, carrot, spinach, cauliflower, garden peas, sprouts with a choice of fish or pie.
Just go easy on the calorie rich food.
And don't lead a sedentary lifestyle.
