If you are already lean then find out what your maintenace calories are - take a couple hundred off that and divide by 3 and try to have that many calories for each of your 3 main meals - leaving you 200 or so spare for snacks /drinks etc.

Replace sugary snacks with fruit or vegetables. Try to eat at least 10 pieces of fruit/vegetables a day.
My meals look roughly the same everyday - with slight variations :
Breakfast = porridge oats, with sesame seeds chopped almonds coconut chunks and cacao nibs.
Lunch = Chicken salad sandwich or scrambled egg salad sandwhich or tin of soup with 4 rounds of wholemeal bread.
Dinner/Tea = Potato, carrot, spinach, cauliflower, garden peas, sprouts with a choice of fish or pie.

There is no secret.

Just go easy on the calorie rich food.

And don't lead a sedentary lifestyle.

Agreed completely. I’ve started doing this and find that I snack a lot less and my workouts are going great.

Stop eating readymade meals and take outs. Avoid sugar if you can. Stock to natural things.
