Are my IB Predicteds Good Enough for Oxford Law?

My Predicteds are:

Lit HL-: 6
History HL-: 6
Bio HL-: 6

Math SL-: 6
French SL-: 7
Eco SL-: 6

TOK-: B
EE (History)-: A

This gives me 40 points with 666 at HL. The standard offer is 38 with 666 at HL. However, I was wondering if I still stood a chance. I'm fairly confident with my Personal Statement as well as my LNAT, if that matters. Do I stand a chance at getting called for interview, or are my scores too low?

Why do you think your predictions are "too low" when they exceed the typical offer?
