A better question would be, what CAN'T you do? I'd think only specialised subjects such as Physics and Art. A lot of subjects don't have a required A-level, just recommended ones. The type of subjects that tend to be required are maths and chemistry, which you're already doing.
I would say you could apply for most things, as they are quite strong alevels

most obvious however is somethin clinical

Are you sure I do not need English Lang/Lit or English to apply for English Lang or English Lit at universities

Is this for all universities or only the really poor ones
