REPLACEMENT TENANT at CHAPTER KINGS CROSS AVAILABLE NOW
Hello everyone!!! 
I have a contract at Chapter Kings Cross AVAILABLE NOW until JULY 5th 2019.
It’s a bronze studio located on the 5th floor (very quiet, no noise problems with neighbours or the outside).
As I am planning on moving to a friends house as soon as possible, it would be great if anyone that wants to live here take over my contract.
The price you pay will be the same as on Chapter Website at the time you sign the contract (so you don’t pay anymore but you won’t have to do the whole 43/53 weeks contract).
Also, I am willing to help subsidise 2 weeks rent after you take over my contract.
The location is great for UCL, CSM, City University of London, KCL, LSE
