Confirming UK Status

Hi guys.

I have Indefinite Leave to Remain.

I received a letter from SFE asking for :
-An Original Home Office letter confirming status in the UK, reason granted, with granted date and expiry,
-Original immigration status document,
-Original Passport.

The tricky part is while I do have the correspondence the Home Office has sent me, even the Confirmation letter does not have a stated start or end date. All relevant information was on the Biometric card I was issued, however this was returned when I updated my UK status from Leave to Remain to Indefinite Leave to Remain.
How do I go about providing this information they requested ?

The next bit is the Original immigration status Document, is from 7 years ago and I did not bring with me. It is also not relevant since it was issued more than 3 years ago.

It would be great if anyone has some helpful advice.
Thanks

Seems the Home Office does not provide additional confirmation :

Hi DGremlin,

I would advise that you contact us directly to discuss this so that we can access your account and give specific information to your application. You can do that via Facebook or Twitter or calling 0300 100 0607.

If you are not able to provide this evidence we can request a Home Office check, however to do this we would need to access your account.

Warm regards,
Tégan
