How to overcome masturbation and watching porn?
Guys I need help badly as I have been watching porn and masterbaiting for about 4-5 years and now I am going to be 18 so I want to stop this and how can I do it. Secondly how long will it take me to get rid of the porn in my mind and recover from this habit as if I was totally new to it. I have given u the time I have been doing this dirty work for.
