Is medicine at Imperial more stressful than Oxbridge?
This is very hard to judge as you will mostly just get anecdotes. For example, I've heard from various Imperial alumni that students there can be quite competitive among each other, which was not something I experienced at Oxbridge. But maybe that's just difference in perception.

Drop out rates are something that would be ideal to compare. Unfortunately they are not published.

There is a 2014 study that included a survey of med students average working hours. For both Oxford and Cambridge it was 42.1 hours per week, for Imperial it was 36.8.

And my last contribution: Imperial grads are much much more likely to be surgeons than any other med school - 16.4% vs Cambridge's 12.5% (4th, and the highest non-London uni) and Oxford's 9.1%. The relevance of this is up for debate, but it is an anomaly of Imperial, and surgeons are stereotypically considered quite competitive people so perhaps there is some relevance there, perhaps not.
