do i have to say this? ucas

i have depression and generalised anxiety, when i was filling out my ucas form, it comes under the disability section, but i wouldnt necessarily call my mental health problems a disability and to know it was listed as a disability you had to click that button that states the codes or whatever it is. if i do state that i have mental health issues, will it affect my application? and if anyone finds out that i do have mental health problems, will it affect my application? can i just say that i did know it was classed as a disability and didnt know it was listed?

They won't reject your application based on your mental health

I don't understand how you think it will affect it

Most likely won't affect your chances of an offer. But if you do go to their uni they may give you some help or guidance if needed

Not in terms of whether you will get offers or not.

If you declare it then you’re more likely to be made aware of the support available (and even if you don’t need support initially it will be easier to get support during your degree if you need it)
