Anyone’s PayPal been limited?

I’m 17 and if I provide proof of ID will they close my account as I’m under 18? I still have funds on my account

Can I just open a new PayPal account with the same card?

I can’t even provide proof of address because all my statements come via email

I photoshopped my birth year on my provisional licence and they approved it and I got my money back :biggrin:

If they ever checked this ie checking your id number with DVLA and it became apparent you tampered with govt issued documents, you would be in a world of trouble
