Depends on which one you find more interesting. A good idea is to look at the course content for different universities, or attend open days where you can get more info from lecturers and current students.

I studied Theology and Religious Studies when I was at university. Modules I studied include religion and cultures around the world (modern Britain, East Asia and Africa), looking at the philosophy of God, gender studies, focusing on the Old Testament, studying Hinduism and Christianity in more detail and interfaith dialogue. Depending on your university, the content will differ. Career paths of my course mates involve doing a law conversion course and pursuing a law degree, further study, graduate scheme in the government, teaching and charity work.
