Biomedical Engineering or EEE

I am rather interested in the bio side of engineering, but I am afraid that BME may be too specialised compared to a traditional engineering degree like EEE. Should I choose EEE (as it also offers biomed engineering modules in Year 3 onwards) or straight BME?

Thanks for your advice in advance!
My first choice is BME and I’m considering EEE, but I just genuinely find the biomed to be a lot more interesting than any other engineering. One thing everyone tells you is that EEE is extremely tough compared to mechanical or civil etc even though the grades required may be the same. Either way you can end up in similar job roles with same pay, and there’s plenty of jobs in either sector.

What subjects are you doin?
Now doing Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and Module 2 (similar to Further Maths) as an international student, so I guess my options are open.
