Hi guys!

Queen Mary university in london have a minimum UKCAT score applicants must achieve to be considered for the 5 year dentistry course.

On their website they have advertised that this minimum score must be third decile or higher, however on the website it also says 'however, as a guide, the third decile (our minimum requirement) in 2017 was 2341 with 4 subtests.'

2341 according to the official stats published by UKCAT lies in the second decile, not the third. The second decile in 2017 starts from 2340 and the third decile starts from 2420.

Can someone please explain this.

thanks in advance.
