Fazzy's A-level Journey: The GYG of a professional procrastinator
Introducing me: Hiya! I'm Fazzy_77 and I've just started year 12. I know I’m a bit late with starting this blog but it’s better late than never right?!

I'll try to update this blog every week to help myself stay organised and keep on top of all the work I get.
So this week went pretty fast for me. I didn’t get too much homework, but still enough to keep me busy this weekend. By the way, does anyone else’s school make them stay in for free periods, or is it just mine? I mean although I do get quite a bit done, I would still rather have the choice of going home.
Also, I’ve just applied for my first job! It’s really not that exciting though since its just to help GCSE students at school (but I would still get paid!) so hopefully I get the job.
Maths: So far we’ve just covered the harder gcse topics and just recently started kinematics in mechanics. It’s been ok since we looked at suvat equations in gcse physics last year. I have my first maths assessment on Monday though and I really want to do well so this weekend is going to be spent revising .
Economics: This has honestly been my favourite subject since starting sixth form. I find it so interesting and the lessons are really fun. It also hasn’t been too difficult learning the first topics on supply and demand. BUT, this subject always seems to make me unbelievably hungry! My teacher is so obsessed with linking everything to food, especially pfc.
Chemistry: We keep doing so many practicals, which I hate. So far we’re just going over moles, concentration, gas volume and stuff that we did in year 11. It’s probably my worst subject since I hate going to the lessons. I had a mini test today on the calculations and I think its fair to say that I absolutely FLOPPED. But oh well…
In other news: I’ve been shortlisted for the job I applied for! I have to do an interview on Thursday so hopefully I get the job – I could really do with some extra cash. I have next Friday off as inset day which I’m soooo happy about because I have every single subject on Friday, with no free periods! Also, can’t wait for the half term! I actually have work experience the whole week, which is going to be exciting.
SUVAT! good luck with your test! maybe take a snack to econ? looks like you won't enjoy chem much if you don't enjoy the practicals hope you get the job!

Thanks! Haha, if only we were allowed to eat during lesson
