Dubai or Doha

I am now in my first year of Law at university. Ever since I was in year 10 at school I have wanted to work as a Lawyer in Dubai. I started researching the UAE and anything I needed to know. However, recently I have thought that maybe Dubai is too western for my liking. So my friends at university convinced me to work as a Lawyer in Doha instead. However, I don't know if I should change my mind abou Dubai when I have been so set on moving there after I graduate since year 10. So my question is shoud I work as a Lawyer in Dubai or Doha (UAE or Qatar)?

Abu Dhabi or Saudi Arabia are also options if you want to work in the Middle East but not Dubai.

Personally I don't understand why people would want to work in those places over Dubai but each to their own.
