What would happen if all microbes disappeared?

Life would disappear.
Multicellular organisms are dependent on microbes, so we'd most likely see life wiped out.

For example, we need nitrogen fixing bacteria and archaea to provide organic nitrogen.
Well you wouldn't be able to digest anything for starters. Considering there are more bacteria in a human body than actual human cells I don't think the outcome would be very good for humans.
We'd all die, every living being. We are dependant on microbes for so many things I can't be assed to get into them but yeah there's your answer.
