Heart dissection practical

the heart i got for the practical had a big incision on the back :/ right now im labeling the structures i can see from my photos. should i mention that the incision was not my fault? or will it be an issue since the teacher said she will assess how carefully we dissect the heart? what if she thinks i created the cut.

also ideally how many structures do i need to identify? as many as possible?
