Currently, I am sitting at 74 kg and am 6ft2/3. Around 4 months ago I was around 90kg so I’ve lost a lot of weight. I want to start to bulk and I’m aware of the calorie surplus so I want to get to around 70/71 kg before I begin my bulk as I’m afraid of weight gains. My question is given this will be the first time I’ve ever lifted weights how much muscle can I put on in around 7 months? And I recon I will have to be eating around 3200-3400 calories a day, does this sound right? And I’m an 18 y/o guy btw
