Possibly, but can you afford to study in Canada on international fees?
What realistic unis are you applying to? I wouldn't recommend applying to Warwick for economics as I've seen in your previous thread (all A*AA predicted people in my school were rejected for Warwick Econ). I would recommend Nottingham (they say A*AA but often offer AAA), Bristol, Leeds and Loughborough as realistic options.
